Q: How do l use my Urikar Percussion Massager?
A: 1. Turn on the power switch, the massage gun will turn on.
Note: The power indicator will light blue and rotate once. while the handle vibrates.
2. Adjust the speed knob, and the massage gun starts to work(Adjust the mode and speed according to your physique and preferences). Speed knob: 0-6 gear, rotate clockwise to increase the gear, counterclockwise to decrease, and adjust to the lowest gear for standby.
3. Put down the handle and the massage gun stops working automatically. Note: If i is not used for a long time, please turn off the power switch. .
Q: How long should l use my Urikar?
A: Depending on the desired result, we recommend using your Urikar for a minimum of 15 seconds and a maximum of 2 minutes per muscle group. A full-body session shouldnot exceed 15 minutes. Treat yourself 2-3 times per day.
30 SECONDS = MUSCLE ACTIVATIONPrior to workouts or physical activity, float your Urikar for up to 30 seconds to instantly activate and “wake up” your muscles.
15 SECONDS = MUSCLE RE-ACTIVATIONReactivate muscles during your workout or any activity by using your Urikar for 10-15 seconds on the muscle group. This will re-energize, relieve muscle spasms and fatigue, and keep muscles active.
2 MINUTES = PAIN RELIEF & RECOVERYFloat your URIKAR for up to 2 minutes for muscle recovery post-workout to decrease soreness, and on any muscles that require immediate pain relief.
