Q: What is Native Resolution?
A: Every projector that uses micro displays, whether they are LCD panels, DLP or LCOS chips, has a fixed array of pixels on those micro displays. That fixed array of pixels is known as the native resolution of the projector.
Q: Can this projector play Netflix?
A: Due to copyright, almost all Wi-Fi projectors on the market are not compatible with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ Video when syncing screen via Wi-Fi. Hope you can understand and please use the TV stick/ Chromecast to play these videos.
Q: What is Supported Resolution?
A: On the market, most 480p projector claims it is "Full HD 1080p supported". To be honest, overall clarity and sharpness determined by native resolution.480p projector can only process 1080p video source, but overall clarity still is 480p.
El proyector funciona muy bien, no hace mucho ruido, solo lo justo, en verano se calienta un poco, pero es normal con muy altas temperaturas y encendido durante mucho tiempo. Estoy muy satisfecho con el producto. Recomiendo su compra.

I purchased this projector for my daughter’s birthday. I throw her a movie night and this projector came in great need. The projector is easy to setup. The picture shows amazing! I love this projector. I decided to not buy a TV & keep using the projector.
I’m very happy with purchase. I was able to get my Netflix and Prime Video services streaming. Most other projectors in same price range can’t do this.
Also projector doesn’t get really hot.
The device is great, easy to set up and use. The instructions that come with it are not so user friendly, having grey text on a white background. Plus the words are tiny. Had to give up on reading the instructions and try things until they took. Just bad graphic design.
Hello, there is LED Indicator in the middle of the soundbar showing input modes, and volume level. Hope it can be of help.
Hello, regard this issue, it should be that the subwoofer is not connected well. Here's how to pair the wireless subwoofer to the soundbar:

Step 1: Please plug in the power of the subwoofer;
Step 2. Please turn on the switch and press "PAIR KEY" button;
Step 3: When the connection is complete the red indicator will turn on and remain solid.
