What countries do you ship to?
We can ship to most countries in the world.
Countries not shipped to include: Saudi, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Argentina, Kenya, Turkey, Nepal, Pakistan, etc.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
bomaker.com ships to addresses within the U.S., some of U.S. Territories (Please consult firstname.lastname@example.org before ordering), and does not ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Delivery time and freight are as follows:
Free shipping in USA, Canada, European countries and Japan. And our products are shipped out from the nearest local warehouse and will be delivered in 3-7 business days.
