Our 30 Days Warranty
- All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from purchase. If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
- If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.
- For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at email@example.com. - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.
- PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get the full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will take charge of the shipping cost about the return product under the seller's reasons such as quality problems.But If it is your own subjective reasons (such as wrong order, not wanting), you need to bear the return shipping costs by yourself.
Please be sure to keep your return shipping certificate and tracking number, and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org when returning the goods.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Clearance Sale 'All Sales are Final' Policy
All items enoted as clearance sale are not eligible for return, refund or exchange and returns will not be accepted. Bomaker's warranty for covered products will still apply.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
